This form is to be used only by homeowners who are renting/leasing their entire Willows of Potomac home to a tenant or tenants.  By executing this form, the homeowner is transferring their right to use the pool to their tenant(s). 

 

This form is not to be used by a homeowner who rents only a portion of their home to a tenant(s) and the homeowner still lives in the home.
